Preconstruction Planning
We carry out a range of preconstruction and planning services from helping you get permission for your build, surveys and full working drawings both structural and architectural. We can also provide interior design services. During the design stage we work hard to value engineer your project to keep the cost to a minimum while sustaining quality and up holding good workmanship during the build.
Construction Phase
As a main contractor we have a team of dedicated and skilled subcontractors that can provide specialist basement, roofing, lighting and smart technologies to help your project come alive while providing you with peace of mind that the H&S and schedule of the build are well taken care of and the project kept on budget. As a business we work professionally on all projects with discretion where required. Enabling you to either develop your own existing property or help you find what you are looking for securely. We work with a range of consultants in planning advisory roles to design roles which will ensure your project has the greatest chance of success. Additionally we have built up our supply chain to ensure that your costs are kept down.

CCBS was established in 2011 from a small team with previous experience working with construction and buildings. Being based in Beaconsfield the core regions are the South West, Home Counties & West London.
CCBS works as a main contractor giving you one company only to interact with on your design and build limiting the amount of administration and communication you need to do to carryout your build. We have built up a reliable and professional team of consultants to carry through you project from conception to completion whether you are renovating the family home or building a multi unit development.
